Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is primarily a story-driven game that aims to provide a movie-like experience through its incredible use of audio and gorgeous visuals. Its combat is not the main attraction, nor does it claim to be.
However, it’s still a video game, so there are some gameplay elements. The combat in the game is mostly 1v1 against opponents. If you’re not a very skilled player, or if you’re highly skilled, don’t worry. The game offers a robust difficulty setting to ensure it is enjoyable for a wide range of players.

All Difficulty Settings in Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2, Explained
Hellblade 2 features four difficulty settings in total. Three of these settings are similar to what you will find in other games, while one is unique. More about all the difficulty settings are explained below.
Easy: This difficulty setting will make the game a walk in the park for most players. If you just want to experience Senua’s Saga and have no interest in combat, this is the difficulty you should choose. Enemies are extremely easy to defeat, and the chances of dying are very low.
Medium: This difficulty setting should be suitable for most players. It offers a decent amount of challenge to keep you on your toes but doesn’t make your experience too frustrating.
Hard: This difficulty setting is suitable for players who want the game to test their mettle. Enemies are faster, deal more damage, and can take more punishment. Senua will need to be on her toes at all times.
Dynamic: This difficulty setting does exactly what you think it does. When this setting is chosen, the game will dynamically change difficulty depending on the player’s skill. If you’re going through enemies with ease, they will become tougher. Conversely, if you continuously die, the enemies will become weaker. This way, the game’s challenge should match your skill. This difficulty setting is generally the one that is recommended for most players
Keep in mind that the difficulty of puzzles will not be affected by this setting.
You can change the game’s difficulty at any time. Just head over to the Gameplay tab and select the difficulty you want.
