Every episode in Dispatch follows a similar structure: one half is gameplay, where you dispatch superheroes to several calls depending on their stats. The other half consists of cutscenes where players are given dialogue choices; while most have no consequences, some can change Robert's relationship with certain superheroes. The final scene of Episode 3 in Dispatch presents a crucial dialogue choice that leaves players scratching their heads as they decide who to need to leave.
The guide below contains minor spoilers for the ending of the third episode and fourth episode of Dispatch.

Should You Cut Coupe or Sonar from the Team in Dispatch Episode 3?
During the second Dispatch shift, Invisigal will have another encounter with Lightningstruck, and this time, with Robert's help, she will be able to catch him. This will bump up her ratings, and she won't be in the last position anymore. During the celebration, Blond Blazer will take you to her office, where you will have two files in front of you and two options: Sonar or Coupe. Whoever you pick will be removed from the team, and you will probably not see much of them in the coming episodes.
The question that many players will have is how to decide which character goes away. Now, the choice entirely depends on you, and you can stick with the character that you like more and would like to see more of in future episodes. However, there are a few things to know before making this decision.
Whoever you decide to remove from the team will not be happy with your decision and will storm out of the room. This not only decreases your relationship with the superhero who left, but it will also impact one more character. If you decide to remove Sonar from the team, Malevola will be angry with you in Episode 4. During one of the Dispatch sequences, she will refuse to follow your orders if you send her and will also leave midway through the shift.
The same happens to Punch Up if you decide to remove Coupe from the team. Their reaction will not stay the same for the rest of the episode, but what else transpires in the future episodes is still a mystery. In terms of utility provided to the team, both Sonar and Coupe are unique superheroes. Coupe can be placed in different slots and get different stat boosts; meanwhile, Sonar changes to his bat form after every call, changing his stats entirely.
For players who are interested in collecting trophies/achievements, they can try the episode twice to go with both options. This will give you two different trophies (Silver Rarity) and also let you see the cutscenes for yourself.
