Should You Cut Invisigal from the Team or Defend Her in Dispatch Episode 7?
After the dispatching sequence in Episode 7, the Z-Team will gather in the meeting room, where they will have a vote on whether Invisigal should stay on the team. Only Golem and Flambae are on Invisigal's side, but they will overlook their vote for the team even if they cut her. Ultimately, the choice falls on Robert. This is a major decision, so you will need to decide which path you want to go down. There are multiple endings in the game, and even though this decision on its own can't completely change the ending, it is a major factor in it.
If you decide to defend Invisigal, which most players will do, the Z-Team will remember this, and their morale will also drop. The following scene with Invisigal will play out a bit differently as well, but other than that, there are no differences for the rest of the episode. The real change appears in the final episode during the dispatching sequence.
This is quite a big dispatching sequence, and if you defend Invisigal, the morale of the team will be down, meaning they will have lowered stats. The calls are difficult as is, because there are a lot of them and not many members to work with. As the dispatch goes on, I nvisigal will also join the team to help out with calls.
If you decide to cut Invisigal from the team, this will increase your relationship with the team, but you will lose trust in Invisigal. There are quite a few more choices throughout this episode and the next where the players can push Invisigal further away, which leads to the bad ending of the game. The morale for the team will be normal in the dispatch sequence in the next episode, but Invisigal will not come to help.
Ultimately, the decision is up to you, and you can go with whichever feels right to you. Thankfully, the game has a save file feature allowing you to save before these critical decisions, and try out both. There are also several achievements/trophies linked to the endings and romanced characters.
