South Vale (East) – All Strange Photos
Strange Photo #1 – I’ve Been Happy
Crossing through Sander’s Street and Neely Street, opposite to Neely’s Bar, players can find a Silent Hill Fresh Meats shop. Simply smash the glass of the display area and pick up the first strange photo.
Strange Photo #2 – So Many People Here!
On Katz Street just by the Wood Side Apartments, the second strange photo can be found next to a pile of trash and some wooden boards.

Strange Photo #3 – Valentines Day
When players are able to, enter Room 102 and pick up the third strange photo that will be resting on the dinner tray beside the TV.
Strange Photo #4 – Career’s Humble Beginnings
Finding the Handgun is important to progress the Wood Side Apartments, and eventually, players will head to Apartment 212, where a balcony can be mantled to cross into Room 210. Inside Room 210, the ledge of the taped-over window holds the fourth strange photo.

Strange Photo #5 – Forever Together
After a cutscene with Angela and after obtaining the Key of Resilience, players can unlock the south corridor of 1F where they will be able to go through Room 101 and head down a staircase. At the bottom of the staircase on the right will be the fifth strange photo.
Strange Photo #6 – How the Time Flies
After completing the Clock Puzzle in Room 212, the room will have altered into a more decayed state, and players can head into the side room within Room 212 to find the sixth strange photo on the ground to the right.
South Vale (West) – All Strange Photos
Strange Photo #7 – So Far from Home
After meeting with Maria in the West Side of South Vale, head to Rosewater Park where the seventh strange photo will be resting on the seating area to the left of the map.
Strange Photo #8 – Made It!
Head through Nathan Avenue and look to the left to discover Octanis Fuels. Behind this building is a car that can be interacted with to obtain a Garage Jack Lever. Take this key item to the building opposite Jacks Inn and Baldwin Mansion and use it to raise the garage door. Inside on a red toolbox will be the eighth strange photo.
Strange Photo #9 – Ready to Kill It!
When James and Maria enter the Heavens Night adult bar, the ninth strange photo can be found in the dressing room by the wall of mirrors.
Strange Photo #10 – Church Entrance
A small cutscene with Maria and James takes place in Moonlight Grove. After, turn around and head through Moonlight Grove’s South side to find the tenth strange photo placed atop the stone of a fountain next to a bench.
Strange Photo #11 – Best Flavor!
After a cutscene with Eddie in the Reverie Theater, players will want to enter the movie seats behind him where on a chair there will be the eleventh strange photo.
Brookhaven Hospital – All Strange Photos
Strange Photo #12 – Her Drawings
In Brookhaven Hospital 2F, players can enter the Nurses Station to enter the back-right corner and use a crawlspace that will take them to Room L3, which will lead them to the Observation Room. Inside the Observation Room, the twelfth strange photo will be on the white desk.
Strange Photo #13 – At Least She Was There
After entering the Doctor’s Lounge and acquiring the Keypad Combination Note, players should be able to head down to Brookhaven Hospital 1F, where Examination Room 1 will be open. Inside, a blue drawer can be opened to reveal the thirteenth strange photo.
Strange Photo #14 – No One Knows
Now that players are in the Otherworld version of the Brookhaven Hospital, they will need to head up to 2F where they can enter the Observation Room and find the fourteenth strange photo inside a bedside drawer in C5.
Strange Photo #15 – They Mustnt’t Know
After meeting up with Maria in the Otherworld version of Brookhaven Hospital, head to the Pool area in 1F, and in the top left corner (when looking at the map) there will be the fifteenth strange photo beside the life ring.
Strange Photo #16 – They’re Here
After escaping from Pyramid Head, players will now be in the Otherworld version of South Vale. Players must run through this area until they reach the East Side of South Vale. Upon doing so, head to the Lucky Jade Restaurant on Katz Street. Now, head to the parked car, smash the window on the driver’s side, and pick up the sixteenth photo waiting inside.
Historical Society – All Strange Photos
Strange Photo #17 – The New Clock
Inside the ground floor of the Historical Society, players will want to keep to the left room and discover a glass cabinet that needs to be smashed to grab the seventeenth strange photo inside.
Toluca Prison – All Strange Photos
Strange Photo #18 – Four Months to Go
After accessing the Serpent Section with the Death Row Map, players will want to solve the Witness Room generator puzzle which will unlock all cells. Players will want to enter into Cell E1 and destroy the breakable wall to access more E Cells. The one they are looking for is Cell E13, where the eighteenth strange photo resides on a shelf.
Strange Photo #19 – Old Man’s Always Prepared
Access the Eyeless Boar door through the scales and weights puzzle and then head left into the Warehouse section, where the nineteenth photo will be waiting for them on a desk.
Labyrinth – All Strange Photos
Strange Photo #20 – Whole World Ahead of Us
Using the rotating cube to get to the Desolate Area, players will want to progress through until they reach the Flooded Level which causes them to enter a chase with Pyramid Head. The chase room is a hexagon and players want to run to the right side of the room to climb the ladder (listed as VI on the map) at the top of the ladder in the next room is the twentieth strange photo on a cloth-covered desk.
Strange Photo #21 – Your Best Buddy
After completing the Desolate Area and returning to the Labyrinth Center, players will want to use the rotating cube to make a face appear with symbols on its left and right scratched out. Enter the cube and down the stairs and behind them will be the twenty-first strange photo.
Strange Photo #22 – Road Trip!
After the Eddie boss fight, players will want to exit the building and keep to the path on the right. They will then find the twenty-second strange photo by a wall next to the staircase.
Lakeview Hotel – All Strange Photos
Strange Photo #23 – Aftermath…
The twenty-third strange photo is found inside a bedside drawer in Room 104 of Lakeview Hotel 1F.
Strange Photo #24 – Better Leave…
After entering the Employee Section later in the Lakeview Hotel chapter, players will want to obtain the Venus Tears Bar Key and then enter the Venus Tears Bar. Inside takes them to the Basement area where they can find the twenty-fourth strange photo on the bar shelf with all the alcohol bottles.
Strange Photo #25 – Still Can’t Get It Right
After watching the videotape cutscene that involves James and Laura, players will want to enter Room 302 at the end of the corridor and move the metal cart out of the way to enter the bathroom door it was blocking. Inside is the twenty-fifth strange photo in the sink.
Strange Photo #26 – Shape Forces the Mind
The final strange photo can be found after the boss fight with 2 Pyramid Heads and after exiting the long corridor narrated by Mary. Once the long corridor has been exited, turn right and follow the path to find the twenty-sixth strange photo on the floor.
