How to Repair the Jukebox At Neely’s Bar in Silent Hill 2
In order to fix the jukebox at Neely’s, you need to locate three different components first:
- Neely's Bar Coin
- Broken Vinyl Record
- Jukebox Button
Neely's Bar Coin Location
Neely's Bar coin is the easiest item to locate for this puzzle. You can find Neely's Bar Coin inside a cash register in the Texan Cafe.
Broken Vinyl Record and Vinyl Glue Location
Head to the Groovy Music record store to retrieve the Broken Vinyl Record. Smash the window with the help of a weapon to enter the store, then go to the back room and pick up the Broken Vinyl Record and Vinyl Glue from the table in front of you. Once collected, open your inventory and combine both items using the glue to get Glued up Vinyl Record.
You'll come across two enemies inside the store, and it would be wise to take them down rather than try to run.
Jukebox Button Location
Next, you’ll need to pick up the Jukebox Button from Saul Apartments. You’ll need to investigate the area a bit to do so, but here’s a quick rundown:
- Move the wardrobe away from the blocked doorway on the first floor to inside the room.
- Grab the key and head upstairs to the second floor and unlock Apartment 5 with the key.
- Now, you’ll need to jump through a series of wall cracks and finally hop over the window.
- Use the stairs to enter the window on the third floor.
- Search the toilets at the back till you find a small hole in the wall. Put your hand inside this hole and keep searching to get the missing Jukebox Button.
How To Solve The Jukebox Puzzle in Neely's Bar
With all the items in hand, return to Neely’s Bar to solve the Jukebox puzzle. Once inside the bar, interact with the jukebox. Rotate the record holder and push the lever down. After that, lift the record holder and place the vinyl record. Next, insert the Jukebox button you found in the Soul Apartments into the slot, and place Neely's Bar coin. Finally, press the C and 2 buttons to complete the puzzle in Silent Hill 2 Remake.
Rewards
After the cutscene that follows the completion of the Jukebox puzzle, you'll be rewarded with Neely's Bar Key. Use this key to unlock the door near the save point in the bar and continue your search for Mary. This will lead you towards Wood Side Apartments.
