Where To Find All Bracelets In Silent Hill 2 Remake

The Hand Puzzle has three slots for Bracelets that you must find on the three floors of the Hospital.

Where To Find The Marked Bracelet

The first one is the Marked Bracelet, for which you must go to the left side of the second floor and head inside Room L1 using the L1 Room Key. There is a cart you move in here and make your way to the Utility Room, where there is a small gap in the wall. Interact with it to see a cutscene where James falls to 1F. Interact with the crawlspace and head into Medical Records, where you will find your first Bracelet. Be careful, as picking up the Bracelet spawns a Mannequin enemy.

Where To Find The Filthy Bracelet

For the Filthy Bracelet, you must open the Nurses Station Keypad on 2F and solve the X-Ray Viewer Puzzle on 3F. Here are some steps you can follow to open the Keypad and complete the puzzle:

Inside the Women's Locker Room, you can find a Bent Needle inside a Teddy Bear.
Head to the X-Ray Room on 3F and pick up the 1F Inner Ward Key and Radiograph of a Pelvis.
Go to the Pantry via the 1F Inner Ward and pick up the Mold Remover, after which you must go to the Dayroom.
Squeeze through the gap in the Dayroom to get to the Pharmacy. Hop the Window to reach the Garden and get to the Pool by dealing with the enemies roaming around.
Head into the Shower Room, pick up the Medical Tube, and go to the Doctor's Lounge.
Grab the Keypad Combination Note from the Board and return to the Nurses Lounge.
Open the Keypad, head inside, and pick up the Moldy Radiograph.
Combine Moldy Radiograph with Mold Remover to get Cleaned Up Radiograph and return to X-Ray Room.
Interact with the X-Ray Viewer Puzzle and arrange the Radiographs to match the marking and reveal a code.

Once the X-ray puzzle is completed, you will get the Combination Lock Code for Room D1 : Right 4, Left 37, Right 12. Head inside the Room and interact with the bed to find the Filthy Bracelet.

Where To Find The Bloodstained Bracelet

For the final Bracelet, you must combine the Medical Tube with the Bent Needle and use it on the Drain in Pharmacy 1F to acquire the Maintenance Key.

Return to the Pool and interact with the locked floor panel to access the Pool Pump. This will drain all the water, allowing you to enter the Pool and smash the wall with the eye symbol to get the Bloodstained Bracelet.
