Reception Office Padlock Code In Silent Hill 2 Remake

The Padlock in the Reception Office is right next to the Save Point. After looting the Office for any Handgun Ammo or health items, pick up the Key Locker Note, which mentions Examination Room 3. Pick up the map from the Lobby and follow it to the hallway on your right. The door to the room will be locked, so use your Metal Pipe to break the window and jump in. Head into the room on your right to find the Nurse's Memo inside a drawer.

The Memo mentions Nurses, Doctors, and Trees in that order.
