So, here's a list of all the talented actors who voice the iconic characters in the game.

How Many Characters Are There in Silent Hill 2 Remake?
There are a total of five major characters that make an appearance in Silent Hill 2 Remake across different locations. We start with the desperate but hopeful James, who meets Angela on his way to the Town. Later, James gets acquainted with Laura, Maria, and Eddie, and finally, coming across the reason why he came to Silent Hill: Mary.
Each character has a role in the overarching story of Silent Hill 2 Remake, which is apparent as every word they utter has a shroud of mystery surrounding it. The following actors were responsible for the immersive narrative experience fans got to experience in the game (in order of appearance).
Luke Roberts as James Sunderland
Silent Hill 2 Remake opens with James questioning his insanity in the bathroom on the Outskirts of the Town. When players first hear James' voice, it's immediately apparent that he sounds much more calm and polite, with a glimmer of hope in his demeanor. Throughout the game, players notice a change in the tone of James's voice as the reality of the Town and its horror slowly unfold on him.
Luke Roberts has previously worked in the gaming industry voicing characters in Divinity 2 and Risen 2. He's also lent his voice to movies and TV shows like Pirates of the Caribbean, Game of Thrones, and Ransom.
Gianna Kiehl as Angela
Angela is confused and distraught from the very beginning of the game as hints of her abusive past peak through her dialog delivery. Gianna Kiehl beautifully voices Angela, showcasing her troubled state and making players more curious about her backstory.
The voice acting role of Gianna Kiehl is her debut in the game industry. She's previously voiced characters in TV shows like Carly Green in The Diplomat and Jules Allen in Hanna.
Scott Haining & Danny Kirrane as Eddie Dombrowski
Scott Haining and Danny Kirrane are both credited as the Voice Actors of Eddie Dombrowski. Eddie is portrayed as someone who's isolated from the town's horrors and the reality of the situation. Scott's and Danny's tone of voice adapts to reflect Eddie's gradual character development, which is a feat in itself. Danny Kurrane also has his solo act as the mysterious radio announcer in the Elevator, hosting the questionnaire show Trick or Treat.
Players might recognize Scott's voice as he also portrayed David in Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope and TV series like The Innocents and Waterloo Road. Danny has more recently appeared in TV shows like Baby Reindeer and The Serpent Queen.
Evie Templeton as Laura
Laura's mischievous but innocent childish demeanor is what makes her role in Silent Hill 2 Remake all the more mysterious. Evie Templeton plays her to perfection, flaunting her cheerful personality while also hinting at a connection to Mary. Due to Laura's innocent nature, she also doesn't see any monsters in the Town, but she does hold some type of hatred against James.
Players will recognize Evie as she's starred in The Bunker short, Criminal Record TV series, and Pinocchio (2022). She's also set to appear in the upcoming season of Wednesday and reprise her role as Laura in the heavily-teased Return to Silent Hill movie.
Salome Gunnarsdottir as Maria & Mary
Maria is the most mysterious character in Silent Hill 2 Remake. After her sudden appearance in the game, James has felt most emotionally vulnerable around her, also due to her uncanny resemblance to Mary. Salome Gunnarsdottir plays Maria to perfection, her voice delivery oozing with charm, playfulness, and even borderline seduction toward James.
Salome Gunnarsdottir has also been working in the gaming industry for a while now, lending her voice to Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Final Fantasy 14. DC fans will also recognize her from the Pennyworth TV series as she played Patricia Wayne.
