Inspired by a small town in the country's Gifu Prefecture, Silent Hill f will be set in the fictional town of Ebisugaoka, and will follow protagonist Hinako Shimizu as she struggles against horrifying monsters to find her way out of the fog. Those eager to learn more about the game won't have to wait long, as an upcoming event this summer will likely reveal plenty of haunting details about the highly anticipated title.

The event will feature Producer Motoi Okamoto, Scriptwriter Ryukishi07, and Composer Akira Yamaoka, and will run for just under one hour. While it's unclear what fans can expect to learn during the panel, the trio will likely share more about Silent Hill f's disturbing content, and, hopefully, a concrete release date. It has not yet been confirmed whether a livestream of the event will be held.
