Where to Find the Elevator with a White Lock Bearing a Surgical Symbol in Silksong

Players can find the locked elevator with a white lock bearing a surgical symbol in the Coral Chambers in Hollow Knight: Silksong. The room can be found in the first vertical chamber of the area, in the bottom-right corner.

When you enter the Citadel, progress through the Underworks until you've arrived at the Coral Chambers. After going through a few hallways, you'll join an open vertical space that you can fall down from. You'll spot a sign on the right with an arrowhead-shaped symbol, which you can enter to come across the locked elevator and the white lock.

White Key Location to Unlock the White Lock Bearing a Surgical Symbol

You'll need to progress into the area a bit further until you reach the Songclave area in the Citadel. After heading into the area, you'll spot a large building called the First Shrine. While it's not required, players should head inside and free up the large bell from webs to let it ring again. Once the bell is rung, an NPC called the Caretaker will talk to Hornet outside, and this will allow various NPCs to take refuge in the area (when you revisit).

After finishing up the conversation with The Caretaker, head right from the First Shrine to find the White Key near the golden gates. Once you've received the key, backtrack your way back to the Coral Chambers and enter the room with the locked elevator.

After using the White Key on the lock bearing a surgical symbol, you'll unlock the elevator in the Coral Chambers, which will take you down to the Whiteward area in Silksong. Players can expect to encounter interesting items down here and an optional boss fight.
