A leaker has shared a new look at the recently leaked expansion pack for The Sims 4. On August 28, the EA App received an update, which accidentally featured an announcement for the next Sims 4 roadmap as well as an upcoming expansion pack. Even though it was removed shortly after, fans were able to screenshot it and share it with the rest of the community. While the announcement text was short, it revealed a fair bit about what's to come: an expansion pack and kits focused on adventure and an event about childhood.
The information in the announcement blurb matched the leaked The Sims 4 roadmap provided by MedievalKiller12. If it turns out to be true, players can expect the Adventure Awaits expansion pack to be revealed during the first week of September and the event to drop on September 24. This gives fans enough time to get excited about its release, which is rumored to take place on October 2, 2025.

Leaker Reveals More Adventure Awaits Promotional Images
While there is still some time to go until the expansion pack is available, gamers have already begun to analyze the leaked cover image. Now, they'll have even more information to take in, as an anonymous leaker has dug up a wider image of the Adventure Awaits cover and a collage featuring three scenarios, all of which reveal a fair bit of information about the pack. Whenever a Sims 4 expansion pack comes out, several images are used to show off the unique content being added to the game, and the collage likely includes these images put together into one.
The first picture shows a confident Sim in the foreground and two enamored couples in the background. In the second picture, there are various athletic Sims trying out new sports equipment. And lastly, the third image shows an adult looking after four kids, all dressed in similar attire. It's possible that the picture showcases a love retreat, a training camp, and a summer camp.
Fans have been asking for a hotel pack for a while now, so perhaps the developers have come up with a summer retreat pack where they can make their own inns and camps. The outdoors and nature still seem like they'll be quite an important aspect of the pack, but it should be different enough from the Outdoor Retreat game pack that the two complement each other rather than being too similar.
