This mansion spares no expenses, offering wealthy Sims everything they could possibly ask for in a house that probably isn't old enough to be haunted.
The modern interior has a palette of soft browns, white, and black, making it feel sophisticated while taking away some of the harshness that sometimes comes with an ultra-modern setup. Everything from the furniture and carpets to drapes and countertops is selected for its synergy. The result is rooms that feel organic as if they grew from the seeds of some exotic flower and blossomed into relaxing spas and party areas.

Though the house includes the typical amenities of wealthy life, such as a gigantic pool and basketball court, its most impactful feature may be the family bedrooms, each of which are beautifully styled to fit the personality of the Sim who lives there, keeping the Family part of the Family Mansion at the forefront of players’ minds.

Another incredible design by Kate Emerald, the Millionaire Palace makes beautiful use of black and white tiling, balconies, and impressive railings to give this estate a pricey feel to fit its actual price tag. With its impressive gazebo area, pool, and columned entrance, the front of the Millionaire Palace is immediately eye-catching, but the rest of the property is equally impressive.
The kitchen, lounge, and other living spaces are open concept and massive, overwhelming Sims with their sheer size. Marble, tasteful carpeting and the regular use of gold and bronze fixtures make the entire space radiate opulence. This is a Sim house for rock stars, business tycoons, and anyone else at the top of their field, proving that Sims 4 is capable of incredible things, whether or not the player is using mods.
