Now, a modder named M Waqas has released the “Skyrim Every Single Texture Upscaled and Reworked” mod on Nexus Mods. According to the creator, this work has upscaled every single one of Skyrim’s 31,652 textures, preserving their quality while making them look better for people gaming on high-resolution screens. While armor and clothes worn by characters were upscaled to 1K textures, chest armor and landscapes have 2K textures, architecture has between 1K to 2K textures, and statues have 4K textures.

Obviously, some gamers will want to combine this brand-new project with other Skyrim graphics mods. To make this easier, the modder also included a list of other mods that are compatible with this one, including “Another AI Upscale Texture Pack,” “Parallax Textures For Vanilla Game and Various Mods,” and more.
This new mod will likely be featured among the best Skyrim mods due to its amazing work at upscaling every texture while keeping quality intact. Gamers looking to change their experience are not currently lacking options, as Skyrim has countless mods that overhaul combat, offer new content, add more creatures, introduce new adventuring locations, and more.
The user's project was not the only ambitious Skyrim mod to come out recently. Last week, another modder also unveiled a Skyrim mod which took seven years and over 3,000 hours to complete called “Olenveld.” The epic mod includes a unique questline and is the size of a “small DLC,” also adding an “island capturing system.” In Olenveld, the Dragonborn goes to an isolated island north of Winterhold to seek answers about what happened to the mysterious location. The mod also has new equipment and more enemies and looks like a great pick for gamers eager to return to Skyrim.
