Following the conclusion of the second season, Solo Leveling fans were eagerly waiting for an official confirmation about the third installment. Unfortunately, the announcement never came, and to this day, fans are awaiting a response.

The Beginning After the End is an anime series that is based on the web novel of the same name. The web novel is excellent, which is why there was a great deal of excitement among fans when the anime was announced. But all the hype died down when the anime adaptation started to air. Viewers were appalled by the anime's quality, and they couldn't believe that the adaptation was butchered. The anime was produced by Studio A-Cat, and it ran for a total of 12 episodes.

For one reason or another, the studio produced horrible episodes that fans didn't enjoy at all. In fact, there were several petitions suggesting the anime be remade entirely. Fans believed that the web novel deserved a better adaptation, so they wanted another studio to undertake the responsibility. When the finale aired, fans were confident that it would be the last time that they would get to see any new content related to the anime.

So they were shocked when the second season of The Beginning After The End was announced. It has already been confirmed that Season 2 will be released in April 2026. The studio is the same, but the staff might get shuffled around. The news of The Beginning After The End getting a second season has left anime watchers, especially Solo Leveling fans, flummoxed. They can't believe that the series was renewed before Solo Leveling. However, they shouldn't be too miffed because Solo Leveling is a lot higher in terms of quality.

As previously stated, Solo Leveling Season 3 has not been announced yet, but it's only a matter of time before A-1 Pictures releases an official statement. The reason behind the delay is likely tied to the production schedule of the anime. An anime of Solo Leveling's quality takes time to make, so the studio needs more effort to produce it. Once the production is finished or close to being wrapped up, A-1 Pictures will definitely announce the third season.

Aside from being worried about the announcement of Solo Leveling Season 3, fans are also eager to know the release date. So far, the studio has not shared the release date for the third season because of obvious reasons. There have been rumors of Solo Leveling targeting a 2028 release date for the new season, but there is no concrete evidence. It's highly unlikely that season 3 will release three years after the second season.

Fans can expect the studio to finish the production within the next twelve months or so. Therefore, it's possible that Solo Leveling Season 3 will premiere in late 2026 or early 2027.

The anime has a massive fan following, and it is currently among the most talked about series in the world. A-1 Pictures would be foolish not to capitalize on the momentum and increase Solo Leveling's fame even more. So, the studio needs to pick up the pace and give fans an update regarding the third season of the anime.

Until the new season is announced, Solo Leveling fans can turn their attention to other anime titles like My Hero Academia, One Piece, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. All four titles are still ongoing, and they boast of incredible stories and action. Solo Leveling fans can keep themselves busy with these titles until the third season is finally released.
