Naturally, the author was asked about the future of Solo Leveling as well, and he clearly confirmed that he intends for the future of Solo Leveling to be exciting. According to him, there are currently many projects that are being discussed in regards to Solo Leveling, and, most likely, this also includes a movie. Here's what Chugong had to say about a Solo Leveling movie:

Chugong: As far as I know, there are many discussions taking place.

Chugong was specifically asked about Solo Leveling film adaptations, and his response to the question is quite interesting. He didn't deny that there are any plans for film adaptations. Instead, he clearly stated that there are many discussions ongoing at the moment, which also includes discussions about a film adaptation. In other words, Chugong himself confirms that among the many projects of Solo Leveling is a film adaptation as well, but whether or not that'll happen, or when it'll happen remains unknown for now.
