Solo Leveling Ragnarok Author Officially Gives Sung Jinwoo A New Ending, And Fans Love It
Sung Jinwoo is a beloved Solo Leveling character, and he finally got a new, better ending.
Solo Leveling's original manhwa is already over, but many fans have already dived into its sequel, Solo Leveling: Ragnarok. Ragnarok’s novel ended in 2025, and with that, its manhwa returned to production. Sadly, after a few months, fans now have to say goodbye to this sequel manhwa again. Earlier today, on January 7th, 2026, it was revealed that Solo Leveling Ragnarok is ending its second season. When it comes to Solo Leveling Ragnarok's third season, there is no information available at the moment, but it should return in a couple of months.
Solo Leveling Ragnarok Season 2 Just Ended
Solo Leveling Ragnarok is the series's only canon sequel. Instead of Sung Jinwoo, it follows the adventure of his own son, Sung Suho. With that said, fans are always excited to catch up to it and read the new events unfolding.
As fans know, in 2025, Solo Leveling Ragnarok went on a big hiatus. However, after a couple of months, with the original novel having ended, it returned with a second season, dropping a large batch of chapters over a couple of months.

While the second season of Solo Leveling Ragnarok has ended, the story is far from being completed. The manhwa still has a lot of content to adapt from the novels, and it's nowhere near finished. As such, fans are now looking forward to Solo Leveling: Ragnarok Season 3, so that the story continues.
Sadly, at the moment, there is no information on when this new season could kickstart. As a general assumption, it usually takes a couple of months for the manhwa to return. Fans of Solo Leveling could see their favorite series return in the middle of 2026, or maybe towards the end, just like what happened last year with Season 2.
