Solo Leveling has proven to be a major success in the international anime market. Its anime, by Aniplex and A-1 Pictures, was a major hit, and fans all around the world are eagerly waiting for Sung Jinwoo to make his grand return. For now, sadly, Jinwoo is not returning in any anime or manhwa projects. However, his son, Sung Suho’s story, Solo Leveling Ragnarok, is finally hitting North American markets. Yen Press reveals that Solo Leveling Ragnarok Volume 1 is releasing in English in the summer of 2026, and this manhwa is the perfect follow-up for any fans of the original series.

Most fans of Solo Leveling are only familiar with Sung Jinwoo’s story, and that is to be expected, given that the current Solo Leveling anime has only covered his story so far. The anime adaptation of Solo Leveling is nowhere close to being over, and as such, Jinwoo's adventures continue. However, when it comes to the Manhwa and web novel, Jinwoo’s story ended years ago. In 2018, Chugong completed the web novel story of Jinwoo, and its Manhwa adaptation followed not too long after in 2021. Since then, fans have been looking for more content to satisfy their Solo Leveling itch. That's where Solo-Leveling: Ragnarok came into play.
In 2023, Solo Leveling: Ragnarok made its web novel debut, and in 2024, its Manhwa adaptation finally started. Unlike its predecessor, however, Solo Leveling: Ragnarok, did not have an official English print release until recently, but that is about to change. Solo Leveling: Ragnarok Volume 1 is finally being released in English in North America by Yen Press, and fans are excited. On July 21, 2026, Solo Leveling: Ragnarok will finally have its first volume out and available for fans to purchase.

Jinwoo has gained a new transformation, and it might be his best one to date in Solo Leveling.
For now, it seems that Volume 1 is the only one in the works to be released, but, if it's successful, then it goes without saying that Yen Press will follow up with the other volumes. Finally, in July, fans will be able to own a physical copy of this beloved manhwa, which they were previously only able to read online. At the very least, Solo Leveling is still getting major releases in 2026, even in the absence of the anime.

What Other Solo Leveling Projects Are Coming In 2026?
2026 doesn't seem to be too promising for Solo Leveling fans, as the series is likely not going to get any animated projects. But, just because no anime is coming doesn't mean there are no exciting projects in store for the series. Firstly, there is more to come for the Solo Leveling: Ragnarok manhwa series. As many fans know, Solo Leveling Ragnarok’s manhwa went on hiatus not too long ago due to the artist needing to enlist in the military. However, a new artist has already been found, and it's only a matter of time before the manhwa returns with Solo Leveling: Ragnarok Season 3. While no return date has yet been confirmed, this break should not be long, and the manhwa should be returning by mid to late 2026 at the latest.

Solo Leveling also has a major project coming in the form of a new video game, known as Solo Leveling: Karma. Solo Leveling: Karma has a confirmed release window for the second half of 2026, although the exact date is to be revealed in the upcoming months. This new game is incredibly exciting, as it will explore the Solo Leveling story in more detail as it expands on the 27-Year Monarch War.

Of course, there are other collabs going on for the Solo Leveling series. One major example is Solo Leveling x Fortnite, which just dropped. Through this collab, players can buy Solo Leveling skins to use in this online game. Hopefully, in 2027, fans can see more animated releases, such as a theatrical release or maybe Solo Leveling Season 3. In either case, Solo Leveling still has a massive future ahead of itself, and fans absolutely cannot wait to see what lies in store for them in the future.
