Cha Hae-In's future in Solo Leveling Season 3 will be brighter the more she tries to insert herself in Jin-Woo's life. She is the strongest female hunter in the nation, but the thought of fighting by Jin-Woo's side in the future inspires her to push her limits. But in season 3 of Solo Leveling, the only thing Cha Hae-In will push is herself, closer to Jin-Woo above all else.
In Solo Leveling season 2, Cha Hae-In never received an opportunity to get to know Jin-Woo better. She only knew him from a distance, wondering how powerful Jin-Woo was and why he was different. But even without any personal interaction, it did not stop Cha Hae-In from gaining feelings. These troublesome feelings will be difficult to control, and Cha Hae-In's confession will come at the most unexpected moment in Season 3.
Solo Leveling: How Different Is Cha Hae-in From Lee Joo-Hee?
Both have a close relationship with Jin-Woo, but how different is Cha Hae-In from Lee Joo Hee?
Cha Hae-In’s Feelings for Jin-Woo Are Harder to Hide
Cha Hae-In Can’t Ignore Her Feelings Anymore
Cha Hae-In's feelings for Jin-Woo did not develop overnight in Solo Leveling. It was a slow process from the first time she found Jin-Woo's scent unique in the A-rank dungeon to the crucial moments in seasons 1 and 2 where Jin-Woo stepped in to protect her from harm. Little by little, her curiosity for Jin-Woo developed into feelings of admiration that eventually turned into a strange affection.
For a strong and powerful hunter like Cha Hae-In, these unusual feelings might be confusing at first. She is calm and collected most of the time, but gaining feelings for Jin-Woo made her nervous and self-conscious. Her eyes always look for Jin-Woo in the room, which is a clear sign of someone falling in love. Even if Jin-Woo isn’t around, she finds ways to ask somebody, including her fellow S-rank hunters, where he is.
"It's different when I'm with him. I feel good"—Cha Hae-In
Unfortunately, Cha Hae-In isn’t exactly aware of the meaning of these feelings. While her cheeks blush because of Jin-Woo, she doesn’t know why she’s feeling this way. She can’t pinpoint the obvious reason why she’s always looking for Jin-Woo, as if it were a natural thing to do. But eventually, Cha Hae-In will catch up to her feelings, making it difficult to hide from Jin-Woo anymore.
Cha Hae-In’s Big Confession in Solo Leveling Season 3
Cha Hae-In Will Confess Her Interest in Jin-Woo
As the plot unfolds in Solo Leveling, Cha Hae-In's feelings for Sung Jin-Woo also grow deeper. There’s no stopping her from falling under Jin-Woo's spell, as the strongest hunter in Korea becomes more charming and irresistible with each passing day. The air of mystery around Jin-Woo continues to pull Cha Hae-In as she tries her best to understand the man behind the formidable shadow army.
At this point, Cha Hae-In had already invested so much time and effort in getting to know Jin-Woo better. Yet still, she struggled to accept her feelings, not until Jin-Woo had the urge to ask her the big question. During the Ahjin Guild arc of the Solo Leveling manhwa, Cha Hae-In went to extreme lengths to join Jin-Woo's newly established guild. She fought Igris and Beru, but her recklessness made Jin-Woo suspicious.
Perhaps… you're interested in me?—Jin-Woo to Cha Hae-In
The next thing Cha Hae-In knew, Jin-Woo was asking a strange question to clarify her intentions. When Jin-Woo popped the question of whether she was interested in him, Cha Hae-In unexpectedly confessed. She answered him with a very honest “Yes,” followed by an “I think so,” while her cheeks were flushed red. Of course, the next day, Cha Hae-In felt so embarrassed about herself she could not sleep well.
What Cha Hae-In’s Confession Means for Jin-Woo
Cha Hae-In's unexpected confession officially marks the beginning of a quiet love story in Solo Leveling. Just because Cha Hae-In expressed her interest in Jin-Woo doesn’t mean they’re going to hold hands and start dating immediately. Instead, these two characters will take things slow, with Cha Hae-In doing her best to reach Jin-Woo, and Jin-Woo slowly opening his heart for Cha Hae-In.
After Cha Hae-In's confession, Jin-Woo will be more self-conscious and, for the first time, check his handsome appearance in the mirror. He will try to find a reasonable explanation for why Cha Hae-In is interested in him. If Cha Hae-In was the one curious about Jin-Woo in Solo Leveling seasons 1 and 2, it would be Jin-Woo's turn in season 3, unless there were changes made in the anime.
