As the plot unfolds in Solo Leveling, Yoo Soo-Hyun will meet Jin-Woo in person during the Ahjin Guild Arc. While Cha Hae-In will go above and beyond to join Jin-Woo's guild and fight by his side, Yoo Soo-Hyun will casually receive an invitation to enter the Ahjin guild. Naturally, this event will annoy Cha Hae-In, who, despite defeating Igris and facing Beru, will not be able to join the Ahjin guild.
Throughout the series, Jin-Woo's ideal woman won't be revealed. However, Cha Hae-In will strongly speculate that Yoo Soo-Hyun is exactly Jin-Woo's type after he allows her to join the Ahjin guild over her.
