Ruler's Authority is a power that only Rulers, and humans who have been granted their powers, can make use of. Jinwoo only gets to truly unlock this power during his battle against Kandiaru's statues. This ability allows Jinwoo to basically use telekinesis to control objects and even the air surrounding him, making it overpowered in its own way.

Sung Jinwoo develops the ability to resist most poisons quite early on in Solo Leveling. Jinwoo gained the ability to detoxify through the System, and since then, no kind of poison has had any effect on him. Jinwoo's regeneration is actually quite potent. Jinwoo can basically heal from any wound or injury, and do so quite fast. The only injury that he wouldn’t be able to heal from is an immediately fatal one.

The Monarch Domain, as the name implies, is a buff ability used by the Monarchs of the Solo Leveling world, including Sung Jinwoo.
The Monarch Domain allows Jinwoo to expand his control over a certain zone, and inside of it, all of his shadows get a huge buff in power — a 50% increase. If Jinwoo’s Shadow Army was strong before, with this ability, they gain the power to fight beyond their full potential.
Black Heart
Sung Jinwoo reaches new heights in Solo Leveling after his power-up in the Double Dungeon arc. This power-up is known as the Black Heart, a gift he received from the previous Shadow Monarch, Ashborn.
The Black Heart makes it so that Sung Jinwoo has Infinite Mana. This takes his Shadow Army to a whole other level, with no more limits on how much he can summon or regenerate.
Shadow Army
In Solo Leveling, Jinwoo becomes the new Shadow Monarch, and with that, he unlocks his ultimate ability to build a Shadow Army. Jinwoo gains the power to extract shadows from corpses, store them, and fully control them. Jinwoo can teleport via his shadows, giving him a way to instantaneously reach desired destinations. His Shadows have also been of huge help more than once in Solo Leveling, and he keeps building it up with more powerful Shadows.

Undoubtedly, the greatest ability Jinwoo has access to in Solo Leveling is that of leveling up. Unlike other Hunters, Jinwoo has infinite potential, and isn’t stuck on his initial power levels.
