As a result of their actions, Thomas Andre and the other National Level Hunters were treated with a great degree of respect. They were given many privileges, but not just because of their feats. The reality was that countries feared the strength of the National Level Hunters.
Naturally, as the highest-ranked National Level Hunter, Thomas Andre is someone whose name is known far and wide. He is a behemoth who possesses incredible amounts of strength, with which he can lay waste to the mightiest magical beasts with ease. Thomas Andre's other physical traits, like stamina and endurance, are far superior to most Hunters. If his physicality is not enough, then he can tap into the power bestowed upon him by the Rulers. Fans did get a glimpse of Thomas Andre in Solo Leveling Season 2, but he did not fight Sung Jinwoo. It's likely that Thomas Andre vs. Sung Jinwoo will take place in Solo Leveling Season 3.
Kandiaru

Kandiaru is better known as the Architect of the System. The same one that Jinwoo utilizes. As the individual responsible for designing the System, Kandiaru is aware of how it functions. Sung Jinwoo hasn't crossed paths with the Architect, but that will change once the Double Dungeon Arc is animated. In the arc, Jinwoo heads back to Cartenon Temple, where he was chosen to be the Player for the System. Upon his arrival, Kandiaru will put Jinwoo to the test and check whether the hero is ready for the next step.

His strength is said to be equal to the Shadow Monarch, which is a massive feat in itself. In addition to his strength, Antares is also blessed with rapid speed. If a person were to somehow blitz Antares, they would still have to bypass his insane defense, which cannot be done using normal attacks. He is also well-versed in using different combat styles, often switching to the one that gives him the most advantage.
Antares also possesses an ability called Breath of Destruction, which enables him to spit fire from his mouth. The attack can easily wipe out a regular S-rank. Considering Antares' skillset, it's safe to say that Sung Jinwoo will need to surpass his limits to beat the Dragon Monarch.
Rakan

Rakan is the Monarch of Fangs, who made his appearance in Solo Leveling Episode 25. Since it was the season finale, fans did not get the opportunity to see Rakan in action. Thankfully, he will be in the upcoming arcs, so fans will get the chance to watch what Rakan is capable of.
