This article contains spoilers for Solo Leveling Season 2.
Solo Leveling is one of the most popular anime series at the moment, and this doesn't come as a surprise to any fan out there. The series has taken the anime world by storm over the course of the last year or so, and its popularity is only going to grow. While the story itself is quite good, it is not a surprise that the main reason why Solo Leveling is as popular as it is, is the amazing battles, and of course, the overpowered protagonist, Sung Jinwoo. Fans know Jinwoo is incredibly strong, and that his power to keep leveling up is absolutely sensational. That said, Jinwoo isn't unbeatable and there are many anime characters out there who hold the ability to defeat him.

This list only takes into account Jinwoo from the Solo Leveling anime Season 2, not the Manhwa or the Web novel.

Fans who keep up with One Punch Man know very well how Saitama fared against enemies such as Cosmic Garou and based on that display alone, it is quite easy to see that he would absolutely dominate in a battle between the two, possibly without even going all-out.

Rimuru Tempest is a compelling character, and fans know his ability actually balances out against Jinwoo's power very well. Rimuru is extremely analytical in combat and knows how to study the enemies well. His spells would make the fight as easy for him as possible, allowing him to choose the easiest paths and take the smartest decisions. Rimuru can also absorb the enemies, and given that Jinwoo isn't all that strong at the end of Solo Leveling Season 2, this would be a piece of cake for Rimuru.

If there's one thing that Bleach does right, it is overpowered characters, and Yhwach is as good as it gets. Fans know Yhwach to be an absolute monster, and a comparison with Season 2 Jinwoo isn't even fair. Yhwach has overpowered abilities like The Almighty at his disposal, which would allow him to manipulate fate itself, but against Jinwoo from Season 2, using this power wouldn't even be necessary. If things start getting difficult for him, he can simply manipulate reality and choose alternate universes where things start going his way, and at the end of the day, that's there is nothing that Jinwoo has in his arsenal that can cope with his arsenal of powerful weapons.

Any list of powerful anime characters is incomplete without Dragon Ball characters, and when it comes to beating Jinwoo, Vegeta certainly stands in line. Fans know that Vegeta’s Saiyan power is absolutely incredible, and the fact that he can use his transformations to grow stronger many times is proof that he simply cannot lose to Jinwoo. Vegeta might not even need his transformations to defeat Jinwoo.
But, if the need arises, he can easily tap into Super Saiyan. If that doesn't work, Vegeta has other transformations, such as Super Saiyan 2, 3, and even God. To take things a step further, he can use Super Saiyan God, Blue, and finally, if fans really want it to be an overkill, he can whip out Ultra Ego.
Goku
The Protagonist of Dragon Ball
Just like Vegeta, Goku is also more than capable of defeating Sung Jinwoo, especially if it's from Season 2 of Solo Leveling. Goku is a Saiyan like Vegeta, and he can use many transformations. The regular Super Saiyan should be more than enough to beat Jinwoo, but he also has all the other Saiyan transformations on top of that. In his case, he can also use Super Saiyan 4, and instead of Ultra Ego, Goku has a unique ability called Ultra Instinct that makes him practically untouchable.
Solo Leveling has two seasons out right now, one with 12 episodes, and the other with 13, for a combined episode count of 25 episodes available to watch right now. The series can be streamed on Crunchyroll for fans to enjoy while awaiting any more news concerning the third season. For fans who can’t wait for season 3 to come out, checking out the Manhwa might be a great option.
