How To Assign Tribesmen To Work In Soulmask

Tribesmen serve as NPCs that can be assigned to perform various tasks. However, before you can assign them tasks, you will need to complete some initial tutorial quests. Once you have completed these quests, you'll gain the ability to construct a large bonfire.

After constructing a Bonfire, you will notice a Tribesman approaching you who is interested in joining your clan.

To assign tasks to tribesmen, press the "I" key to open the Clan menu. This menu allows you to customize and assign work to all your clan members. You will also notice each clan member's bar with various icons representing different traits that influence their behaviors. To access a tribesman's work page, click on the hammer and anvil icon located on the top row of their bar.

Alternatively, you can engage with your Tribesmen by approaching them and pressing the E key to open the menu. From there, select "Tribesman Work" to access the Tribesman Work Assignment interface. Here, you can designate tasks for them.

To assign a new task, press the '+' button and specify the Work Type, Work Location, and Work Goal for the respective Tribesman. Below, you'll find a comprehensive list of all the tasks available for assignment to your Tribesmen.

Task Name	Task Description
Operate Workbench	Allows tribesmen to create new items using a workbench.
Wild Collection	Allows the tribesmen to collect various materials like lumber, minerals, or plants from the wild.
Workshop Collection	Allows them to gather materials from the spots you have assigned in your camp, like Logging Yards or Excavation Pits.
Store & Withdraw Items	Allows them to move items to and from storage for construction purposes.
Farm Management	They will sow and harvest crops in farmland and granaries.
Crafting Table Autoplay	They will automatically manage tasks queued on a crafting table.
Breed & Slaughter Management	This will assign tribesmen to care for animals in Breeding Farms and pens, including feeding and slaughtering.
Camp Upkeep	Allows them to keep structures in good repair and ensure the fire stays fueled.
Mine Exploitation	Assign them to explore nearby mines for resources and gather materials.
