Space Marine 2 gives players six classes to choose from in Operations and Eternal War. These classes are all unlocked right when these game modes are unlocked, giving players complete freedom on which ones to use and master.

In Operations, classes are leveled up and can get stronger to take on harder difficulties. Each class has access to different weapons, has varying armor amounts, and their own special ability. Here is a breakdown of each class to help you choose which is best for you.

  • Armor Class - 3
  • Ability - Chapter Banner: Restore armor to all nearby squad members for a brief period.

Which Class In Space Marine 2 Is Right For You

For those just starting out, the Tactical or Vanguard classes are great for learning the ropes and trying out bits of each play style before landing on what you like best. The Bulwark and Assault are good for more melee-focused players, while the Sniper and Heavy focus on dealing damage from far away. Picking a class with Armor Class three is also helpful for new players, as it adds more room for error when learning how combat works.
