SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake - Medieval Sulfur Fields Gold Doubloon Locations
Coin #1
Players should begin at the Cloud Slide checkpoint and ride the rainbow to the section depicted in the image that is above. After jumping through the first flaming ring that appears in this image, fans of 3D platformers should turn to the right and perform hook jumps and glides to reach a special section of the track. There is a flaming ring at the end of this section, and the first Gold Doubloon is within it.
Coin #2
Players should now make their way to the Garden Maze checkpoint and look to the left of the central fountain. There is a button in this position, and stomping it will initiate a challenge in which fans must use the reef blower to absorb enemies and defeat a mini-boss. The second Gold Doubloon appears near the button upon completion of this combat encounter.
Coin #3
The third Gold Doubloon is also accessed from the Garden Maze checkpoint, and it once again requires fans to use a reef blower. To find that device, players should enter the maze, go left, take the first right, and follow the path ahead. Once the reef blower has been obtained, fans of SpongeBob video games should absorb the three mushrooms that appear in front of it and use them to clear the blocked path. While this path can be a bit confusing to navigate, fans that continue to use the reef blower to clear blocked sections will ultimately reach the coin.
Coin #4
The Castle Courtyard checkpoint is the next stop, and players should turn around upon reaching it, descend the stairs, and hop on the boulder in the water. This action will trigger a challenge, and fans that destroy all the floating barrels before time expires will be awarded the fourth Gold Doubloon.
Coin #5
Players should now mount the green seahorse near the Castle Courtyard checkpoint to initiate a riding a sequence. Upon reaching the point in this sequence that is depicted in the image that is above, SpongeBob fans should ride up the wood ramp on the left and then jump across to the wood platform on the right. The fifth Gold Doubloon is at the end of this platform.
Coin #6
Fans should now navigate to the Twitchy's Cottage checkpoint and jump down and to the right to obtain a reef blower. Players should then turn around and use this device to clear the blocked areas on the left. There is a floor plate in the first of those blocked areas, and standing upon it will cause several plants to emerge from the water. These plants lead to another blocked area, which is home to the sixth Gold Doubloon.
Coin #7
There is a trampoline next to the Twitchy's Cottage checkpoint, which can be used to karate kick a nearby balloon. This will allow fans of family-friendly video games to perform two hook jumps and reach an elevated platform, and they should orient SpongeBob as seen in the image that is above. Players should then simply glide down to claim the seventh Gold Doubloon.
Coin #8
Players should now travel to the Meanderson River checkpoint and follow the path to the left. Upon reaching the area depicted in the image that is above, fans should drop and continue forward, exploding some stone tiki heads when necessary. The eighth Gold Doubloon is under a waterfall just past those heads.
Coin #9
The next coin can be reached from the Bard Audition checkpoint, and fans will see a button near a blue and white tent that is close to the start. This button triggers a challenge in which SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake players must karate kick all the balloons, and the ninth Gold Doubloon is its prize.
Coin #10
Players should now return to the Bard Audition checkpoint and turn around. Fans of cartoon video games should then walk toward the wall and use the retracting platforms to get on top of it. Players will encounter a button as they walk along this wall, which triggers a challenge that centers around the bubble board and awards the tenth Gold Doubloon.
Coin #11
The final coin can be found in the Dormitory Hall, and players should ascend until they reach the point depicted in the image that is above. Here, Nickelodeon fans should go behind the pillar on the right and glide across the rafters until they reach a bed above which the eleventh Gold Doubloon is hovering.
