The Scorcher Technical Tunnel can be found in the Malachite region southwest of Rostok base in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Once you reach the area, head towards the right side of the tunnel until you find an opening in the chain-linked fence. Enter through the fence and look right to find a ladder leading up to the Scorcher Tunnel.
Once you climb up the ladder, you'll come across a locked door in the Malachite Scorcher Tunnel with a keypad that requires a seven-digit code to open. Although the code is one of the longest ones in the game, it's quite easy to find if you know where to look.
