How to Open the Old Church Locked Door in Swamps

Players can find the Old Church by heading southeast from the Sultanask base towards the Swamps region of Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Although the building is abandoned, you visit it to disable the second PSI emitter during the Ad Astra Per Aspera mission. However, the locked door in question isn't inside the Old Church, it's locked right next to it in the cellar.

Here's how players can open the Old Church locked door in Stalker 2.

Reaching the Old Church Locked Door

While facing the main church building, head left while crossing the marsh and into the cellars. After descending the stairs, you'll need to turn left and spot the wooden locked door in front of you. The door may be locked, but it doesn't require a key or a code to enter. It's much simpler than that.

Breaking the Wooden Boards Behind the Door

To open the Old Church locked door, you'll need to head right into the adjacent room. Players will spot a large crack in the wall in this room, and can see that the door is locked using easily destructible wooden planks. You can either chuck a grenade towards the door from the crack which will destroy the wooden planks and open the door.

If you don't have grenades on you, try to aim your gun through the crack. Try using lean to get a better angle at the wooden boards and fire when the shot is lined. Once the planks are destroyed, the wooden door will be unlocked and players can head inside to grab the loot.
