Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl has an abundance of unique weapons in the game that are either modified or high-powered versions of their base variant. One of these unique weapons is the Texan, which is one of the best shotguns in the game due to its high rate of fire and amazing damage. Players can find this weapon in one of the late-game regions called Jupiter. So, you'll either get this weapon towards the end of the game, or you can visit Jupiter early by following the Stalker 2 Pripyat guide.

While visiting the Bread Factory, players can find a locked door in the Jupiter region of Stalker 2 that has some great loot behind it.
How to Get the Unique Texan Shotgun in Stalker 2
Players can find the unique Texan shotgun from the Abandoned Science Campus located in the Jupiter region of Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. The location is south of the Pripyat-1 Checkpoint POI and northeast of the Yaniv Station base. If you've visited the Market in Jupiter to get the Rhino revolver, it's close so you can get two unique weapons in one go.
Once you enter the Abandoned Science Campus, you'll see a lot of bunkers in the area. Although most of them are sealed shut, one of them is opened, which you can enter to get the Texan shotgun. Do be careful as there's a Pseudogiant in the area that will attack you on sight.
Finding & Accessing the Bunker in the Abandoned Science Campus
The bunker you need to enter is located on the west side of the point of interest marker on the map. Keep heading down the road until you see the open door to one of the bunkers.
Once you enter the bunker, keep heading down the winding corridors and take a left turn to enter the laboratory section of the bunker.
Getting the Unique Texan Shotgun & Its Stats
Once you enter the laboratory, look to the right to spot the Texan shotgun lying on a table with some ammo. Pick up the Texan, as well as other helpful resources and consumables within the bunker. Once you're done, make sure to explore the rest of the bunker to get more lootable items scattered inside.
Texan features maximum damage output, and a rate of fire which is almost on par with the Saiga D-12 shotgun. It's also got a great penetration power against heavily armored or exoskeleton-wearing enemies in Stalker 2.
