Players can discover plenty of side missions in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl by simply interacting with NPCs in the open world. One of these NPCs is a stalker named Mytryk, who asks Skif to retrieve his gun from the underground tunnels infested with Rodent mutants. Although the quest seems straightforward initially, it quickly becomes a tale of deception once Skif unearths new evidence while on his quest to recover the weapon.

How to Start the Uninvited Guests Side Mission in Stalker 2
To start the Uninvited Guests side quest, players will need to find Mytryk Genius located in one of the small buildings at the Concrete Forest location in the Cement Factory region of Stalker 2.
Once players talk to him, he'll share how his gun has gotten lost in the underground tunnels and needs Skif to retrieve it. Once players accept his request, the side quest will begin with Mytryk walking to the point of entry into the underground tunnels.
Finding Mytryk Genius' Gun from Tunnels
Once players follow Mytryk, they'll spot the entrance to the underground tunnels. After climbing down the hatch and entering the tunnels, you'll encounter a swarm of Rodent mutants heading your way. You can either choose to eliminate all of them or continue following the objective of the quest.
Inside the tunnels, head down the path on the right until you arrive inside an underground facility. Here, you'll encounter two Burers that will stop you from progressing the quest. Quickly take them down, head up the stairs, and enter the hallway on top to retrieve Mytryk Genius' gun "Decider" on the left.
To complete the Uninvited Guests quest in Stalker 2, simply return to Mytryk and hand him the gun to get some Coupons as a reward. However, if you wish to keep "Decider", you'll need to complete an additional objective.
Finding Eight-Ball's Body & Confronting Mytryk About It (Optional)
After retrieving the gun, head back down, and you'll spot a body lying near some wooden pallets. Loot the body to get a PDA which reveals the body's identity as Eight-Ball. It'll also reveal that Mytryk actually followed Eight-Ball to his stash and left him to die by the mutants.
After getting this revelation, head back to Mytryk and confront him about Eight-Ball's corpse. Instead of handing him the "Decider" weapon, simply choose the "I'm Keeping It" option. This way, you'll get the unique Fora-221 "Decider" assault rifle all for yourself in Stalker 2, and teach Mytryk a lesson about betraying fellow stalkers.
