The Basalt Forest is accessed during the main quest of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. After rescuing a High Republic Droid from the depths of Koboh, Cal must venture into the wilds to track down a mysterious Array which may hold more clues to the past of the Jedi Order. Along the way players can find a number of databank entries that can illuminate more of the history of the galaxy that the characters inhabit.

This guide will show players where to find all databank entries in the Basalt Forest area of Koboh, covering key locations like the Basalt Rift and the Forest Array in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Basalt Rift (Requires Quest: Fallen Jedi)

Cal will pass through this canyon on the way to the Forest Array. Inside are eight databanks.

Databank 1 of 8 – Basalt Pillar

After using the zipline to cross the chasm, take a left and have BD scan the pillar.

Databank 2 of 8 – Turf Wars

After finding the Meditation Point and dealing with the Shield Trooper, find this drop pod on the right.

Databank 3 of 8 – Same Story, Different Planet

Shortly after the last datapoint, use vines to climb down into a cave and take out some Stormtroopers. This datapoint is found among the bodies.

Databank 4 of 8 – Bilemaw’s Revenge

After going down the mudslide and taking on the first Bilemaw, scan the Stormtrooper bodies to the right of the cave entrance.

Databank 5 of 8 – Risk and Research

Progressing further, players will come across a Twi’Lek historian in a camp. To her right, BD can scan the encampment for this databank entry.

Databank 6 of 8 – The Short Straw

Pushing forward, after seeing a pair of Troopers be crushed by a falling pillar, take the path down to the right and clear out the enemies there. Once they’re dead, approach the boxes behind them and have BD scan them for this databank entry.

Databank 7 of 8 – Bilemaw Pools

On the left of the Bilemaw arena, BD can scan a puddle beneath a waterfall.

Databank 8 of 8 – Koboh Dust

After using the pillars to exit the Bilemaw Den, traverse through the Koboh Dust by scaling the cliff face and traveling across a beam. Jump onto a ledge on the other side of the pit where BD can scan the toxic substance from a safe distance.

Chamber of Reason (Requires Quest: Fallen Jedi)

The Chamber of Reason is home to five databanks.

Databank 1 of 5 – The Goals of Khri

Using the cable to descend, hop off onto a platform before reaching the bottom, taking a right, and passing through some rocks. Through here, on the left, is the first databank.

Databank 2 of 5 – Talk of the Future

After the last databank, head forward and drop down to the right to find another echo among the crystals.

Databank 3 of 5 – Dead End

After forming the bridge to the elevator, retrieve the orb from the floor below and place it on the elevator pedestal; this will form a bridge to an echo.

Databank 4 of 5 – In Good Time

With the orb in the elevator pedestal, use the lever to raise the bridge and cross it to the other side. On the right is another databank entry.

Databank 5 of 5 – A Secret Meeting

Make a U-turn from the last databank entry and head forward until Cal's faithful droid beeps. Allow him to scan a wall drawing on the right for this final entry.

Forest Array (Requires Quest: Fallen Jedi)

Accessed during the main quest, the Forest Array has six databanks.

Databank 1 of 6 – Koboh Barrier

Scan the crystal barrier to the left of the Meditation Point.

Databank 2 of 6 – Epic Moltings

After scaling the building and creating a shortcut back to the Meditation Point, Cal will be knocked from a ledge by a large creature. Climb back up to safety and scan the boxes in the corner.
