Star Wars Outlaws is an action-adventure game set in the vast criminal underworld of a galaxy far, far away. As Kay Vess, players take on the role of the scruffy scoundrel, living and working on the thin edge between multiple criminal syndicates. Kay must decide who to trust, who to work against, and how she can outwit her enemies. Along for the ride are Nix – Kay's adorable sidekick – and ND-5, a droid originally sent to keep Kay in line. Star Wars Outlaws offers players two distinct playstyles: blasters blazing or full stealth. It is up to the player to decide when each option is the right choice.

Star Wars Outlaws features a vast world for Kay to explore, with several large, open areas making up three of the four main planets. With a solid main story, and a huge number of side-quests and challenges, Star Wars Outlaws is constantly offering players new content. The developers at Massive and Ubisoft did a great job creating a game filled with interesting choices and tricky puzzles, all built in one of the best looking Star Wars worlds ever created. Star Wars Outlaws features a wide range of equipment that makes up Kay Vess' Loadout. This includes the gear she wears, which is split into three distinct pieces. Most pieces of clothing have special perks, with superior gear offering individual perks, as well as set perks that become active all three pieces of gear are matching. Kay can also set Nix's cosmetics, as well as the active Nix Treat, within the Loadout. Narrative – Main Quests & Side Quests
Star Wars Outlaws features a relatively simple main story, with missions spread across all four planets. After completing the main quests on Toshara, players will have the choice of which planet to head to next. The goal at each location is to recruit one new member to Kay's heist team, before ultimately pulling the final job. There are some tricky elements found in certain main quests, which will be covered here. Star Wars Outlaws also has an extremely robust side-quest system, which encompasses several different systems and methods of acquiring said quests. For example, some side-quests are deeply connected to events of the main story, like "Jabba's Gambit." Other side-quests are the result of private conversations Kay can hear while eavesdropping. Outlaws even turns the gathering of rare items and parts into small fetch-quests through the Intel system.
