Does Star Wars Outlaws Have Gyro Aiming?
Gameplay in Star Wars Outlaws becomes much more enjoyable when you can aim properly. This is where Gyro Aiming comes into play. It’s a feature exclusive to controller players, allowing them to use motion control to aim in the game. Not many games support this feature, but those that do make aiming feel incredibly precise.
Star Wars Outlaws is one such game. It supports Gyro Aiming, but players need to enable it manually. Since it's hidden deep within the settings menu, no one would blame you if you couldn't find it.
Star Wars Outlaws only supports Gyro Aiming for DualSense controllers. Xbox controller owners will have to rely on the Right Stick for aiming.
How to Enable Gyro Aiming in Star Wars Outlaws
Enabling Gyro Aiming in Star Wars Outlaws is just a matter of a few clicks. Follow these instructions, and you will be waving around your controller like a madman in no time.
- Open the game and connect your DualSense controller (Gyro Aiming is not supported for any other controllers).
- Open the Settings menu and select the Controls option.
- Under the General section, choose Advanced Controls.

- Turn it On, and Gyro Aiming will be activated for your DualSense controller.
