How to Get the Fish Smoker
You must purchase the Fish Smoker recipe from Willy at the Fish Shop. For 10,000g, he can give you the blueprint for making your own smoker. You can use this device to smoke fish and, eventually, increase the catches’ sales price.
If you begin the game on the Riverland Farm, you’ll receive one pre-made Fish Smoker. As with any starter item, you can freely use and relocate this device. However, to acquire additional machines, you’ll still need to buy the blueprint from Willy.

How to Craft a Fish Smoker
To craft a Fish Smoker, combine ten Hardwood, one Sea Jelly, one River Jelly, and one Cave Jelly. Hardwood is acquired by breaking large stumps or logs or by chopping down Mahogany trees. Sea Jelly can be caught at the Beach in any season, while River Jellies are found in the Cindersap Forest or Pelican Town rivers. Cave Jelly is obtained in the Mines on floors 20, 60, and 100.

How to Smoke Fish
To smoke a fish in Stardew Valley, simply place a fish and one piece of coal in the Fish Smoker. After approximately 50 in-game minutes, you’ll receive one smoked fish. The device doesn’t alter the quality of the input fish, and it doubles the outcome’s price. For instance, if your fish’s base sell price is 200g, its smoked version will sell for 400g.
You can smoke all sea creatures in the Fish Smoker regardless of their type and quality.
