As you start to hone your mastery skills in Stardew Valley, you'll be able to unlock a bunch of new recipes and items, including a Mystic Tree Seed, the ability to pick up Golden Animal Crackers, and the chance to craft your own
Statue Of Blessings.
This statue is incredibly useful and can help you on your adventures through Pelican Town, and everywhere beyond. The Statue of Blessings will provide you with one new blessing every day, but it is very difficult to unlock and craft. This guide will show you everything you need to know to unlock it and craft one of your own.
Stardew Valley: What is the Green Rain?
As part of the 1.6 update for Stardew Valley, Green Rain can now fall from the sky. Here's everything players need to know about this weather event.
How to Unlock Statue of Blessings in Stardew Valley
The only way to unlock the crafting recipe for the Statue of Blessings is by increasing your Mastery. This new system can be found under the Skills section of the main menu, and it will increase whenever you participate in any of your skills, including doing some fishing, farming, mining, foraging, and combat.
To complete Level 1 of Mastery, you'll need to gain 10,000 points. You can go about your daily tasks to gain points, or you can purchase Skill Books from Stardew Valley's bookseller to speed up the process. When you've reached the required number, you'll want to visit the Mastery Cave, found in Cindersap Forest near the Sewer. You can use the above pictures as a reference.
Inside, you'll have 5 different totems to choose from. Approach the one in the middle for farming, and choose 'Claim'. You will now have access to the Statue of Blessings recipe, which can be found in the Crafting section of your main menu.
How to Craft Statue of Blessings
To make the Statue of Blessings, you will need the following items:
- 999x Stone
- 999x Fiber
- 999x Sap
- 333x Moss
These numbers are incredibly high, meaning it will most likely take you a long time to gather the required materials before you can craft the Statue of Blessings. You can check out this guide on Moss to find out how you can gather it with ease.
As for the other materials, Stone can be quickly gathered by taking a trip to The Mines. Bring along some Bombs to blow up the surrounding rocks, making it easier to get a ton of Stones at once. You can also find Fiber in The Mines, or you can get yourself some Fiber Seeds and plant them around your farm for a steady flow of the plant.
As for getting some Sap, you can get this by chopping down trees on your farm or in the wild. It can also be picked up by putting a Tapper on a Mahogany Tree, or by defeating Slimes in The Mines.

How to Use Statue of Blessings
Once you've crafted the Statue of Blessings, you can place it anywhere on your farm that you prefer. Each morning, approach the statue and touch it to receive a blessing. All the blessings you can get include:
- Blessing of the Butterfly: Spawns a Prismatic Butterfly
- Blessing of Energy: Grants infinite Energy
- Blessing of Fangs: +10% Critical Strike Chance
- Blessing of Friendship: Increases the amount of Friendship gained while speaking to others
- Blessing of Speed: +0.5 Speed
- Blessing of Water: The first three fish you catch will be easier to obtain
At the end of each day, the blessing will completely wear off. You'll need to approach the statue again the next morning to receive a new blessing for the day. Each day, the blessing is randomly selected, so you won't have any control over which one you receive.
