In the deep and treacherous Mines of Stardew Valley, players often encounter a multitude of sinister creatures lurking in the shadows, eagerly waiting to attack them at any given moment. Armed with weapons, players must be ready to engage in combat with these dark enemies.
As players venture deeper into the mines, they face more challenges in the form of new and more dangerous monsters. With each monster killed successfully, players gain the opportunity to collect valuable Monster Loot, which can include items like Slime and
Bat Wings. This guide covers how players can easily get Bat Wings in Stardew Valley.
How to Get Bat Wings
Bat Wings are surprisingly delicate objects that are dropped as Monster Loot when killing Bats found in the Mines or The Skull Cavern. Bats are flying enemies and can attack the player from any direction. The best weapon for killing bats is a regular sword, as it provides a wider swing angle, making it easier to hit multiple bats at once.
The following variants of Bats can drop 1 to 2 Bat Wings when slain:
| Name | Location | Chance to Drop Bat Wings |
| Bat | Levels 31 to 39 of The Mines and The Wilderness Farm | 94% |
| Bat (dangerous variation) | Levels 31 to 39 of The Dangerous Mines | 94% |
| Frost Bat | Levels 41 to 79 of The Mines | 95% |
| Frost Bat (dangerous variation) | Levels 41 to 79 of The Dangerous Mines | 95% |
| Lava Bat | Levels 81 to 119 of The Mines and floors 20 and 40 of The Skull Cavern | 97% |
Iridium Bats do not drop Bat Wings when slain.
The Dangerous levels of the Mines can be accessed if the “Danger in the Deep” quest is active or the Shrine of Challenge is toggled ‘on’.
Additionally, players can purchase 10 Bat Wings in Krobus’ Shop on Sundays, for 30 gold each.
