Stardew Valley is a game that lets players live the cottagecore lifestyle they always wanted, giving them the chance to grow out their farm as they interact with residents of Pelican Town and help them out in any way they can. There is plenty to deal with in the game, but luckily, Stardew Valley does a good job of rewarding the player for reaching specific milestones.

If a player earns an achievement, they will have the ability to visit the "Hat Mouse." This cute creature will stock new hats as a reward for earning certain achievements. Some hats will also be stocked there for repurchase after obtaining them through other methods.

Where Is The Hat Mouse?

After earning their first achievement, players will receive a letter in the mail the next day from the mouse that reads, "Hi. Me sell hats. Okay, poke? Come to old old old haus, poke. Bring coines. -hat mouse." The "old haus" is referencing the Abandoned House that is located in the southernmost section of Cindersap Forest.

To get there, players will need to head south of the farm and walk along the west side of the river. The house will be hard to miss as it is a clearly disheveled structure with a banner that says "hats" on the front of it, as well as the mouse chilling where a door would otherwise be.

What Hats Are For Sale?

They will become immediately available the moment a player earns the achievement or meets the other requirements, and players can go to the house at any point during the day to go purchase it.
