Starfield has a ton of locations worth checking out, one of which is the Eleos Retreat. What makes this location special is that it is home to criminals. The Eleos Retreat is in the Ixyll System, but this settlement serves as a place of redemption for incarcerated individuals to lead a normal life.

The Eleos Retreat offers stable employment, counseling, and education, which is normally unavailable to prisoners. Most importantly, it has vendors selling some of the most unique ships players can get their hands on. Additionally, players can also find some interesting quests in this settlement. Unfortunately, getting to the Eleos Retreat can be quite challenging since it is hidden in a random star system. Keeping this in mind, this guide will illustrate how players can get to the Eleos Retreat in Starfield while providing some useful tips.

To get to the Eleos Retreat in Starfield, players should follow these simple steps:

  1. Get to the Ixyll System by traveling northeast from Alpha Centauri or above the Kryx System.
  2. The Ixyll System has nine planets that orbit around a massive sun. Locate and head to the planet Ixyll II in the system.
  3. The planet has three outposts, two science and one industrial, and the Eleos Retreat is located right above the science outposts.

When the player arrives at the Eleos Retreat, it will be in the early stages of development. Work there has halted because one of the workers has gone missing.

As soon as the player lands at the Eleos Retreat, they will be forced to complete the Dead Stop side quest. This quest requires the player to look for Kilman and speak with Sloan Temitope. Once the quest is complete, the player will get 75 XP and credits. Players can check out another quest involving a missing worker, and upon its completion, the player is rewarded with an outfit and an Epic Peacemaker Rifle.

On the flip side, players can also visit the Ship Services store to buy some of the most unique ships that Starfield has to offer. The vendor can be found in an underground bunker, selling the following unique ships:

  • Achilles
  • Responder
  • Mustang
  • Wendigo
  • Narcissus
  • Wanderlust

Starfield is available on Xbox Series X/S and PC.
