Shattered Space, the first major DLC for Bethesda Game Studios' open-world space RPG, Starfield, comes with a brand new handcrafted planet to explore, filled with quests and unique locations for players to sink their teeth into. Set on the weirdly beautiful homeworld of the enigmatic House Va'ruun, the troubled city of Dazra offers new characters to meet and stories to experience, along with all-new items and things to buy.

But, one of the shops on Dazra is gated behind game progression, with its vendor cheerfully telling the player at every opportunity that they don't yet have access to her wares. Unfortunately, the game doesn't say exactly how to unlock access to the Keep Armory store in Dazra. Here's how to unlock the Keep Armory in Shattered Space.
The Keep Armory Location In Shattered Space
Access to the Keep Armory is gated behind main story quest progression. Although the building can be visited at any point in the DLC's main story, the vendor NPC will state that you don't have access to the store yet whenever she is interacted with. The Keep Armory is the only dedicated weapon shop on Va'ruun'kai, and given the limited Credits of the vendors on Va'ruun'kai, the Keep Armory is a vital location for selling all the loot gathered from questing in and around Dazra.
Complete Two 'Assist House' Main Story Quests
The Shattered Space main quest involves helping the three noble houses on Va'ruun'kai with their problems. Ekris, the main NPC in the Aligning the Houses quest, gives out the quests associated with these objectives. Although the main quest in Shattered Space has a number of missions, the missions that count for unlocking the Keep Armory are those related to the three noble houses of Dazra. Players will be given access to the Keep Armory after completing at least two main quest missions related to the Assist House objectives in the Aligning the Houses quest.
The quests can be completed in any order, and it should not matter if House Veth'aal's quest is left until last — the Keep Armory should unlock after any two Houses are assisted. Some players report it unlocking only after all three, but this doesn't seem to be the ordinary behavior of the quest line.
Some players report that the Keep Armory never unlocks, even after completing all of the quests, but this is a bug with no currently known fix.

Unlocking The Keep Armory In Starfield: Shattered Space
Once at least two House quests are complete, Ekris should tell the player the Council has awarded them access to the Keep Armory. There are some reports that this line doesn't always fire, so it's worth going to the Keep Armory itself and checking manually. Once inside, interact with the vendor NPC who should clear you for access.
