In Starfield, The Key is a space station run by space pirates. It orbits around Suvorov, a planet that was previously used by the United Colonies as a high-security prison for bandits. As its description implies, gaining entry to The Key is quite a challenge, particularly for inexperienced explorers.
The station is concealed within a star system, defended by deadly forces and Legendary starships. Nevertheless, there is a peaceful approach to reaching this captivating destination. The Key Location
Players can find The Key space station in the Kryx star system. This station revolves around Suvorov, a Rock-Type planet that serves as the dwelling place of The Lock. As the headquarters of the Crimson Fleet, The Key is only accessible after players beat the first two action missions.
How to Dock at The Key
To access The Key space station, players must complete the "Rook Meets King" objective after Deep Cover. This quest is a pivotal part of the Crimson Fleet questline, which activates when players commit a crime and are captured by the UC security forces.
Although players have the option to travel to the Kryx star system before undertaking the Rook Meets King mission, their chances of surviving pirate attacks are slim. As non-members of the Crimson Fleet, players are perceived as threats and will face immediate assaults from numerous enemy starships. Consequently, most low-level players are unable to approach The Key City early in the game.
The Key Vendors and Stores
Due to its compact size, all the merchants within The Key space station can be accessed through Reckoner's Core, specifically the Depot area. Within this zone, players will discover a total of eight stores, encompassing Ship Services, a firearms store, a coffee shop, an outfit store, and more.

Notable NPCs at The Key
Vendors aside, the two essential characters in The Key Station are Delago and Naeva Mora. The former is the head of Crimson Fleet, while the latter is the second-in-command. During the Crimson Fleet questline, players will have the opportunity to side with or betray both of these characters.
