Keeping track of upcoming Steam releases is almost always a full-time task, but that is especially true in 2025. Early access cycles, staggered platform launches, surprise shadow drops, and delays make it difficult to identify which games are actually arriving in any given month. Even so, the current release schedule for November 2025 looks like it could be a big one for the platform. It brings together returning strategy giants, long-awaited sequels, promising indie projects, and at least one unexpected breakout that has already captured massive attention before launch.
While some months see one or two major anchors surrounded by smaller curiosities, November is more evenly packed. Several titles have some real momentum behind them, either through wishlist numbers, franchise history, or visible community interest on SteamDB. That variety makes November 2025 worth watching, not only because of what is coming out but because of how different each release is from the next. Below is a closer look at eleven notable games currently expected to launch on Steam throughout November 2025.
Steam's biggest November 2025 offerings will kick off with Europa Universalis V and Football Manager 26 on November 4, to be quickly followed by Honeycomb: The World Beyond, and UNBEATABLE on November 6. Occupying the middle of the month's releases are Anno 117: Pax Romana on November 13, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Where Winds Meet on November 14, with the second half of November seeing Kingdoms of the Dump launch on November 18, Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault on November 19, and finally Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE on November 24. The biggest outlier here is Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, which doesn't currently have a release date but is still slated for a November launch.

What Steam Users Should Watch For in November 2025
Interestingly enough, while the biggest November Steam release from this list might initially be considered Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, that label may actually belong to Quarantine Zone: The Last Check. As confirmed by multiple sources, including PC Gamer, Quarantine Zone has been wishlisted on Steam more than 1 million times — an exceedingly rare feat for any game to achieve, let alone an indie title. Whether it will live up to the apparent hype remains to be seen, as well as whether it will indeed launch in November, as it still doesn't have a concrete release date.
Quarantine Zone: The Last Check is a simulation-strategy game where players take on the role of an operative stationed at a last-line checkpoint during a zombie outbreak.
Apart from Quarantine Zone, Steam users will want to pay special attention to Europa Universalis V, Football Manager 26, Where Winds Meet, Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault, and Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE. Each of these games is highly anticipated, able to reach beyond the niche that the majority of Steam games tend to occupy. Where Winds Meet, in particular, has continued to amass followers throughout the year, with the past week even seeing it gain 3,000 more — according to SteamDB — and its total number of followers now prepared to breach 30,000.
Needless to say, November 2025 looks like it could be a very big month for Steam users, but especially for fans of the Europa Universalis and Football Manager franchises. There are plenty of other original Steam games arriving as well, though, each of which looks like it could leave a lasting mark on the platform's history in 2025.
