Summary

  • Stellar Blade and Goddess of Victory: Nikke collaboration will see Eve from Stellar Blade join t he mobile game.
  • No official release date yet for the collaboration.
  • This is just the latest crossover featuring Stellar Blade.

The hit PlayStation 5 console exclusive Stellar Blade is crossing over with the mobile game Goddess of Victory: Nikke in the near future, though there is no official release date for the collaboration as of yet. Currently, it is unclear what the collaboration might look like, but it seems likely to be a limited-time event in Goddess of Victory: Nikke bringing the main character from Stellar Blade into the fold as a playable character.

Stellar Blade made waves this year as one of the PS5's best consoleexclusive titles, doing big numbers in terms of sales and even receiving a nod at The Game Awards in two separate categories for its action gameplay and music. Due to its popularity, and the fact both games are made by developer Shift Up, it may come as no surprise to fans to see the Stellar Blade heroine show up in the mobile title.

Goddess of Victory: Nikke recently announced the collaboration via a short trailer in which Eve from Stellar Blade crashes into the game's world, confirming her upcoming arrival. The announcement does not make any mention of a specific release date, simply stating that it is coming soon, with the developer reportedly still working on how to integrate the event into the game properly.

Stellar Blade x Nikke Collaboration Confirmed To Come Soon

Of course, this is not the first major crossover Stellar Blade has participated in since its launch, as Nier: Automata protagonist 2B made an appearance in Stellar Blade as a paid DLC bundle, adding multiple themed cosmetics. Nier: Automata has appeared in Goddess of Victory: Nikke in the past as well, as 2B and A2 became unlockable characters in a previous event.

The main heroine of Stellar Blade also made an appearance in Astro Bot as part of a free update that added several new characters for players to rescue in its new levels, which are heavily geared toward speedrunning. All in all, the game has made the rounds this year when it comes to public appeal, with its main character already appearing in several outside pieces of media as fans await news of a potential follow-up.

Fans can also enjoy some new cosmetic items from a recent free update for Stellar Blade that added holiday-themed costumes and items for the season. The game is also reportedly on its way to PC in the future, so those without a PS5 or who are waiting to play it may hopefully get the chance to experience it soon.
