Stellar Blade doesn't have branching storylines for players to pursue based on their choices throughout. Up until the final few chapters, everything is very linear and will play out the exact same way for all players.
It comes as a bit of a surprise, as right before the final boss of the game, players are presented with a choice by Adam: whether or not to take his hand. This decision does carry weight in terms of where the story goes and affects the final boss, depending on which option players choose. Thanks to the game's autosave feature, this decision is final once players make it and will set in stone the ending players will get.

Should You Take Adam's Hand In Stellar Blade
After Adam's grand reveal that he is the Elder Naytiba, he offers Eve his hand in an attempt to fuse them together to create a new breed of humans and save the species. The decision players make is permanent even if they die against the final boss and respawn to try and fight it again. There is no right or wrong answer as either option leads down a path to one of the three endings.
Refusing to take Adam's hand is the straightforward option to getting the Return To The Colony ending for Stellar Blade. Refusing his hand will have Eve fight Adam in his true Elder Naytiba form and eventually kill him. After the final boss is defeated, the final cutscene will play out, and the game will end with this mostly good ending as Eve completes her mission and saves the Earth.
Taking Adam's hand will cause Eve and Adam to fuse to create a new hybrid. Doing so triggers a different final battle against the Providence that Lily is operating. Depending on how much side content players complete and if they fill up Lily's bar throughout Stellar Blade. If the bar isn't filled, players will receive the bad ending, "Cost Of Lost Memories." If enough side content is completed, players will receive the best and secret ending, "Making New Memories."
Taking Adam's hand and receiving either of those two endings will also give players one last combat encounter to fight against an endless wave of enemies in Tachy Mode, which is now slightly different thanks to Eve's new form. While this encounter isn't very long, it can only be done by taking Adam's hand.
