Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar is the remake of the Nintendo DS's Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar. It adopts most things in the Harvest Moon version, including the Flower Festival. However, unlike the original, SoS Grand Bazaar Flower Festival only lasts for two days, and also has different Friendship Point mechanics.

The Flower Festival in SoS Grand Bazaar is a festival where you must gift as many flowers as possible to the villagers to get the Best Neighbor award. The event lasts for around 24 hours, and on Year 1, it starts from Spring 11, 12 PM (or later if you start the festival late), until Spring 12, 12 PM. Only the flowers gifted within this timeframe count for the Flower Festival.
Even if you don't end the festival on Spring 12 at 12 PM, any flowers you gift after noon will no longer count.
For the upcoming years, players can expect the Flower Festival in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar to begin on the second Tuesday of spring.
How To Win The Flower Festival In SoS Grand Bazaar - Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar
To win the Flower Festival in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, you need to get at least as much as the non-player winner. For example, in the first year, Wilbur may win with 17 flowers gifted, which means players will win if they also gift 17 flowers. Since this number may change annually, a safe estimate would be over 20 flowers.
Each villager will only take one Flower Festival gift daily. You can try gifting the non-villager visitors, or wait until the next day if you're short on the flower gift count.
Friendship Point From The Flower Festival In SoS Grand Bazaar - Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar
Not only for the fun and awards, but the Flower Festival is a great way to increase Friendship Point with everyone. You get +300 Friendship Points (FP) when you gift a wild flower, even if the character doesn't normally like it. For example, gifting Arata a Chamomile will earn you +300 FP thanks to the festival, even if he normally doesn't like the gift.
Gifting a flower during the Flower Festival doesn't count towards the daily gift quota, meaning you can still gift a normal gift on top of the flower. Therefore, be careful about accidentally gifting a flower to someone who doesn't normally like it.
Winning the festival will grant you +200 FP for everyone in the festival, while losing will reduce the reward to +100 FP.
