Recently, Yumi Uchiyama and Yusuke Kobayashi, two of the most popular Re:Zero voice actors, announced that they were getting married. The voice actors posted the news on their respective X (formerly Twitter) accounts, in which they thanked the fans for their affection. The two voice actors asked fans to support them.

Yumi Uchiyama is best known for her roles as Rei Kiriyama (March Comes In Like A Lion), Rudeus Greyrat (Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation), and Puck (Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World). Meanwhile, Yusuke Kobayashi is known for the following roles:

Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World is based on the light novel series of the same name. It began serialization as a web novel, but after gaining traction, it was picked up by Media Factory for publication. The first light novel was released in 2014.

Due to its popularity, Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World has received multiple manga adaptations. Together, the light novels and manga have sold more than 13 million copies.

Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World anime adaptation was announced in July 2015. The first season of the anime premiered in April 2016.

The second season was divided into two cours, with the first airing in July 2020 and the second premiering in January 2021. Re:Zero's third season was released in October 2024. The anime went on a short break after the eighth episode and will now return in February 2025.
