The latest update to the Nintendo Switch Online subscription service has added Forsaken 64 for Expansion Pack tier members. Nintendo regularly updates the Switch Online service, ensuring that there are always new games for users to check out. Switch Online is split into different tiers, so those that want to play every new game added to the service will need to be signed up for the Expansion Pack tier.
An Expansion Pack tier subscription gets Nintendo fans access to everything added to Switch Online, which means NES, SNES, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo 64, and Genesis games. Plus, those that own a Nintendo Switch 2 can also play GameCube games with their Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription. The latest update to the Switch Online service has added a classic Nintendo 64 game to play, with users able to jump in right now.
Rumor: Switch Online Leaks 5 New Nintendo 64 Games Coming to the Service
It seems as though Nintendo may have accidentally leaked five upcoming Nintendo 64 games that are coming to the Switch Online subscription service.
As of the latest update to Switch Online, gamers with an Expansion Pack tier can play Forsakan 64 in its entirety. Originally released in 1998, Forsaken 64 is a post-apocalyptic first-person shooter game that earned mostly positive reviews at the time of its original release. It features a full-blown campaign with 22 missions and multiple difficulty levels, as well as a multiplayer mode that supports up to four players in split-screen. Notably, Forsaken 64 has an M for Mature rating, which is rare but not unheard of when it comes to the Nintendo Classics available through the Switch Online service.

Rare's classic Perfect Dark has an M for Mature rating as well, as does Shadow Man. It's possible that more M-rated games will be added to Switch Online at some point in the future, though that remains to be seen. The big one would be Conker's Bad Fur Day, but fans shouldn't hold their breath for that to happen.
Regardless if more M-rated games are added to the service, Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can expect more games to come to the platform in the months ahead. Specifically, we know for sure that there are at least five more GameCube games on the way, with Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, Luigi's Mansion, Pokemon Colosseum, Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, and Super Mario Sunshine already confirmed. If a Nintendo Direct happens this month as rumored, it's possible that there will be even more new games confirmed for Switch Online, so fans should keep an eye out.
