Takopi's Original Sin: The Story So Far
In the previous episode of Takopi's Original Sin, viewers learned more about Marina and why she behaved in such a callous way with Shizuka. In the episode, Marina was growing frustrated because of her inability to hurt Shizuka. When nothing else seemed to work, Marina decided to get rid of Chappy, Shizuka's dog and her biggest source of happiness.
She searched all over the place and finally found Shizuka in a park. Without wasting any time, Marina began attacking Shizuka because she knew Chappy would protect her, and that's exactly what happened. The canine bit Marina on her arm, after which the latter began to cry to create a scene. After a while, people began to gather, and they believed that Marina had been attacked by Shizuka's dog. Someone called animal control, and they took Chappy away.
Takopi Accidentally Hurts Marina With A Gadget
After losing Chappy, Shizuka became even more depressed. Takopi tried to lift her spirits up, but it was to no avail, yet somehow he got Shizuka to go to school. As usual, Shizuka was mistreated by most of her classmates, but she made it through the day. Once school was over, Marina invited Shizuka for a walk into the woods. Shizuka had no other option but to agree. Takopi was with Shizuka, and due to his naivety, he believed that Marina wanted to make peace.
Soon, Takopi realized that he had misunderstood Marina's intentions. Marina kept telling Shizuka that Chappy was dead because she wanted to make her suffer even more. To make matters worse, Marina also kept physically attacking Shizuka. After seeing Marina's behavior, Takopi realized that enough was enough, and he attacked the young girl with his special camera, which led to her death. Takopi only wanted to stop Marina but accidentally ended up killing her. He was sure that Shizuka would freak out, but she was feeling ecstatic. Shizuka hated Marina, and she wanted her gone. So, Takopi's actions inadvertently made her wish come true.
