Here are the detailed steps you need to follow:

Launch Discord’s desktop app.
You will notice a pink The Finals-themed banner above your user handle in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Click on it and accept the quest.
Now, start the game and go live for a friend. Remember to share the game screen and not your entire display; otherwise, the attempt will not count.
Once you go live and the game is underway, quickly minimize and check if progress is being made.

If you’re unable to find the Discord Quest, fret not. Unlike The Finals' Easter event, this one was officially launched less than a day ago; there's a chance it may not have made it to you yet. Also, it will automatically not be available for regions where Discord's premium services are banned. In case you don't see the quest but are eligible for it, here are a few things you need to keep in mind:

You will need to use Discord’s desktop app for this process. Although the game supports crossplay, you will need to unlock the bundle via PC. Only then will it be available to other linked accounts.
If you can’t see the pink banner above your user handle at Discord’s bottom-left corner, do this. Head to Settings > Privacy & Safety, and enable “In-game rewards (aka Quests).” Then, go to User Settings > Gift Inventory, select the quest and click Accept. Now proceed as standard.
