How Does The Spirit of Advocacy Work In The First Berserker: Khazan?

Spirit of Advocacy is introduced in the third mission, Forgotten Temple, inside the Underground Temple of Embar Ruins. To find it, you must progress through the mission until you reach the objective, where you need to stop the spinning mechanism. Here, you will fight a Revenant of Adversity for the first time before taking the elevator up.

How Does The Spirit of Advocacy Work In The First Berserker Khazan 2

You will then arrive on the right side of the gate, where you must interact with another mechanism to open the door and face the boss of the third mission. To the left of the boss door, you can find the Spirit of Advocacy. However, you will need Lacrima of Circulation to summon them for the challenging fight ahead.

Upgrading The Spirit of Advocacy

Players can upgrade the Spirit of Advocacy by talking to Daphrona after she arrives at The Crevice. Here, you will have the option to enhance the Spirit of Advocacy’s Health, Damage, or Stamina by exchanging Lacrima of Circulation. If you do not plan on using summons throughout your playthrough and prefer to fight bosses on your own, you can ignore this upgrade mechanic, as it has no other use.

To further increase the Spirit of Advocacy’s damage, you can equip specific accessory sets, such as the Guardian Knight set.

How to Get More Lacrima of Circulation In The First Berserker: Khazan

Players using Spirit of Advocacy to make boss fights easier will eventually run out of Lacrima of Circulation. Since the item is also needed for upgrading Spirits, finding an efficient way to acquire more is essential. Throughout your journey across different regions, you will encounter several Revenants of Adversity. These Red Phantoms display their weapon type before battle, allowing you to prepare accordingly. S ummoning and defeating these Revenants rewards you with a few Lacrima of Circulation, making them a valuable source for restocking.

A good farming method is resetting an area by resting at a Blade Nexus and waiting for a Summon Rift to appear nearby. Alternatively, you can replay older missions by interacting with the Spectral Portal. Progress through the early levels, which should now be easier to clear, and run past enemies until you spot a Red Rift.
