The Python is an Ultimate Weapon, meaning it is one of the best weapons, and it must be researched in order for players to obtain it. The required materials and how to make those materials are as follows:

How To Research The Python

Once players have collected the required materials, they can research the weapon at Anais. In order to do this, players need a Mastery Rank of 10 and have 100,000 Gold for the research. Then, they will be able to use the materials and Gold to create the Python. It does take four hours to complete, but players can research up to five Ultimate Weapons at once, so that isn't too bad.
