In the Who Else But Us quest for The Outer Worlds 2, players will find themselves searching the Skycutter A102 facility for Protectorate Armorial IDs left by the guards who fell while defending the station. The facility is huge, though, and with all the mess and Raptidons scattered about, finding the IDs can be a bit problematic. In this The Outer Worlds 2 guide, we'll be showing you all the Armorial ID card locations as well as the rewards you get from completing this quest.
All 'A Noble History' Clue Locations & Quiz Answers in The Outer Worlds 2
The 'A Noble History' quest gets you access to an armory of useful weapons and resources. Here's where to find all the clues and the quiz answers.
Where to Find All Armorial IDs in The Outer Worlds 2
You can find Protectorate Armorial IDs on the corpses of fallen Protectorate soldiers inside Skycutter A102. You can find the first one next to a locked chest that needs five IDs to open, and the first one is on the body right next to the chest itself. All you need to do now is find the rest. You don't need to rely on any skills or traits for this, only your own perception.
Pick up the Skycutter Entrance Key from the body next to the chest, then head back up to the locked door near the way you came from. Use the key to open that door, then get ready to start searching.
Protectorate Armorial ID #2
The second ID card is on a body on the first floor of the Skycutter facility — head out the previously-sealed door you opened with the Entrance Key, then hop out the window. The body is to the right of the big elevator shaft, and it is guarded by some sentry turrets and automechs, so you best be prepared for a big fight. Use Shock or Corrosive damage if you can, and try not to eat too many of the bullets that fly your way.
Protectorate Armorial ID #3
The third ID is a couple of levels above the first one. Make your way up to the upper floors until you come across two Raptidon Hunters. Take them out, then go up the ladder in the image above.
You should see a bloodstain on the floor, and directly past that, you'll find the third body leaning against the rails next to a pillar.
Protectorate Armorial ID #4
The fourth ID is at the sixth level of the Skycutter facility. From the previous ID's location, make your way up by using the stairs and suspended platforms until you reach a comically-long ladder leading to the sixth floor. Here, you'll find an elevator, and right next to it is the fourth body containing a Protectorate Armorial ID and the key to the elevator itself. Getting these items and using the elevator will trigger a Raptidon ambush.
Protectorate Armorial ID #5
The fifth and final ID is at the very top of the Skycutter facility. Take the elevator to the seventh floor, then head outside through the door there. You'll find the final corpse on the balcony — apart from the ID, the body also has instructions on how to shut the Skycutter's power off. Interact with the nearby terminal, then turn off the power. This will let you grab the legendary Thunderstruck melee weapon off the electrified grid next to the corpse.
The Outer Worlds 2: Who Else But Us Quest Rewards
After collecting all the IDs, head back to the chest in the first floor. Open it to find the following:
- 1 Trauma Kit
- 1 Advanced Decryption Key
- 1 Vestige Data Pad - Cadre 618
- Several hundred Bits
Thunderstruck is the meatiest reward you get from this quest, especially if you're running a melee build. It's a two-handed melee weapon that launches electric shockwaves with each heavy melee attack. You basically get a ranged weapon with infinite ammo from this quest, albeit it is very slow to fire without the right perks and skills.
